The Manitoba winter tire program (WTP) offers low-interest tire financing to eligible Manitobans at prime plus two percent*, allowing you to finance up to $2,000 per vehicle. This winter tires financing can be used for purchasing qualifying winter tires and associated costs from participating retailers.
